John Wall crosses Paul George then hits the buzzer beating step-back jumper
John Wall ( 15 points) and the Wizards (63 points) didn’t do much scoring in their loss to the Pacers in Game 3 but Wall did finish the low scoring first quarter (17-17) with a nice move and buzzer beating shot over Paul George.
George had much more success guarding Bradley Beal, who only made 6 of 19 shots, and was the only player to score 20+ (23).
“This was probably the ugliest game of the postseason thus far. This is our style of basketball,” said George. “That’s what we do. Whether you like it or not, are a fan of watching our games or not, defense is what we hang our hats on.”
