Yesterday we talked about Corey Maggette saying he would retire if the Spurs don’t sign him for the rest of the season and with Tim, Tony and Manu sitting out last night’s loss to the run and gun Nuggets, you would think this would be a perfect opportunity for Corey to shine.  On offense he scored 3 points by only hitting 1 of his 8 shots and he shockingly missed 1 of his only 2 free throw attempts.  On defense, Corey helped Jordan Hamilton have one of the best plays of the night.  The nice move and dunk by Hamilton would be Jordan’s only 2 points.
