After a horrible GM4 where J.R. Smith shot 2 of 12 for 4 points, Smith called his game “horse shit.”
In GM5, Smith came out shooting, caught fire and scored 11 points in 9 minutes and 14 points by half-time.
JR Smith has caught fire. Let’s see if he can sustain it

Unfortunately, his game went back to “horse shit” in the 2nd half as he failed to score a point in the 3rd and 4th quarter.
After the game, Smith talked about his mindset and the differences between the two halves. He also said they are in a dogfight and will have to “come out swinging” in GM6 back in Cleveland.
