Check out comic genius Judd Apatow  on Conan talking about “dominating” the “Babe Ruth of Basketball” while making the upcoming film ‘Trainwreck.’

During the Conan segment they also go into a “behind-the-scenes” clip of Apatow getting LeBron to explore his voice range since James has such a deep voice when he’s casually talking.

Although I haven’t seen the movie yet, it is clear that LeBron is very comfortable acting and was capable of delivering more than 1 line at a time – something Shaq & Michael Jordan struggle with in films & commercials. Here’s an amusing example from the film with James talking about “the difference between Cleveland & Miami” with Bill Hader.

Trainwreck will be the film debut of LeBron James. He previously did some acting on the TV show Entourage and Spongebob Squarepants (seriously) but considering all of the commercials he’s done over the past 10 years, I consider LeBron a veteran actor.
