It’s not often you get to see a player have a “perfect game” but Monday’s game between the Wolves and Hawks featured two of them!
Dwight Howard, back after missing a game with back issues, was 9 of 9 and finished with 20 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals, but he missed 1 of his 3 free throws and turned the ball over 3 times. Karl-Anthony Towns was a perfect 8 of 8 from the floor, 3 of 3 from the line and 3 of 3 from the 3-point line! He also had 11 boards, 4 assists, 3 blocks and only committed 1 turnover in the 14 point win for the Wolves.
“We can all go out there and have the kind of nights where we light up the NBA,” Towns said.
