Most of the basketball world tuned into Saturday’s game between the Warriors and Raptors to watch the debut of Kevin Durant in a Golden State jersey. In 19 minutes, he scored 9 points on 3 of 9 shooting and contributed 4 boards, 3 assists and a block in the 93-97 loss.

What I, along with a bigger than you think cult following, was looking forward to seeing was the debut of JaVaaaaaale McGee in a Golden State jersey.  In 16 minutes off the bench, McGee had 5 points on 2 of 3 shooting, 4 boards, 3 blocks and 1 assist. He also debuted a new unique hairdo that I’m sure Shaq and his following will love.
