Kemba Walker scored career-high 42 and a franchise high of 35 points in the 2nd half of the Hornets loss to the Orlando Magic on Saturday night. 19 of those 35 came in the 3rd quarter on 7 of 9 shooting but unfortunately the brilliant offensive performance was wasted as the team’s defense couldn’t stop the Magic.

“I had a career night, a great game but it just wasn’t enough,” Walker said. “… Our problem wasn’t offensively, it was defensively. We didn’t execute our game plan on defense and they crushed us.”
