In his fourth year as a starter at Chicago St. Rita High School, Kentucky-commit guard Charles Matthews is showing an improved outside shot.
Using his size (6'5), length, athleticism and quickness at both ends, Matthews' versatility stands out. Matthews is having his most productive season and his St Rita team is off to an 11-2 start (Currently #2 in Illinois).
