Kevin Durant hit his first four shots and 11 of his 18 shots in the game for a total of 27 points during his Warriors’ debut. Unfortunately, his team needed another 29 to match the Spurs at the end of the 129-100 beatdown on opening night.

KD also had 10 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks in 37 minutes.

“It was another game for me” Said KD after his debut. “You can’t win a championship right now. We can’t panic, obviously, it’s game 1 of 82. But we definitely have to get better.”
