Kevin Durant Ejected For Flagrant Foul On Justin Anderson, Apologizes After Game
Although Kevin Durant could not care less (his words) about his 20 point game streak of 67, there’s a decent chance it wouldn’t have ended if he wasn’t ejected late in the 4th quarter of the Thunder’s game 4 win over the Mavs on Saturday. KD ejected?! Yep, for the 2nd time in his career, KD was ejected and the reason was his first flagrant foul of his postseason career.
“It was a flagrant, even though I wasn’t trying to intentionally foul him,” Durant said of his hit on Justin Anderson “The refs had to make a decision. They made the right one.”
KD also made sure Anderson knew it wasn’t intentional by texting and meeting with him after the game.
