“Kevin Durant Is A B***H” Shirts Were Actually Being Sold Outside Boston’s Arena
Even though he said “there’s no hard feelings” and “I’ve still got love for Boston” after the game, I bet Kevin Durant was so happy to get on the Warriors jet and fly out of Boston on Friday night.
The day began with a bunch of annoying questions about how close (or far) the Celtics were to landing Durant this summer. Then he had to listen to boos as he scored 23 points on 10 of 13 shooting and helped the Warriors give the Celtics a 104-88 beatdown.
Coach Kerr said the boos were “just the beer talking” but Draymond Green was a little more harsh on the fans.
“Fans must be desperate. Like, who boos a guy for taking an interview? That’s crazy. I don’t get that. Y’all booing somebody for interviewing with y’all? Man, they may scare free agents away. You don’t want to take an interview and then make enemies for taking an interview. I don’t know. They may want to be careful with that….
“If you’re that mad at what somebody else did with [their] life, you need to evaluate your own life. He made a personal decision for his life, for his happiness, for his career. And if people that mad, they need to reevaluate where their head is at in life. Because I don’t know if I can stay that mad at somebody for deciding to do something with their life. That’s a slippery slope.”
If the booing doesn’t scare any free agents away (it wont, money speaks louder than boos) then maybe these t-shirts will.
It won’t. Money talks louder than bootleg apparel too.
The real question is, will a NBA player pose with somebody wearing one of these “Durant is a bitch” shirts like this…
