Who else subconsciously got thirsty for an Orange smoothie after watching Kevin Durant put a combo move on Julius Randle in the first quarter?
The move not only had Julius confused but it had the ref and witnesses just as confused and arguing if KD got away with a travel or not. Regardless if it was a gather or travel, it was nasty.
ORANGE JULIUS RECIPE
- 1 future Lakers Star
- 1 6’9 All-Star with point guard handles
- 2 crossovers
- 1 travel (optional)
The NBA removed the score from the video above but the bucket put the Thunder ahead by 15 with a little more than 2 minutes left in the opening quarter. That’s bad but nowhere near as bad as losing by 40 (118-78).
Durant finished the game with 22 points and 8 boards in 30 minutes of PT. Randle, who has been a double-double machine of late, finished with just 2 points and 7 boards.
