Very few things are as boring or awkward as watching an interviewee not want to be interviewed or have to answer redundant questions.  Very few people are like KG with the ability to spit a quotable line everytime he opens his mouth.   During this postgame interview from GM5, Garnett was more interested in congratulating his teammates, catching his breath and letting the world know they didn’t win because of X and Os but because they are out there “scrapping!”

I’m not always a fan of his bully tactics but I’m, along with the NBA and millions of people, are going to miss KG when he retires.  His game, his heart and moments like this.   I expect to see all on display today when the Knicks and Celtics face off tonight for Game 6 – or Game 7 PT1 in the head of KG.
