NBA double double leader Kevin Love has been averaging 33 and 15 over his last 9 games and last night against Utah, he eclipsed the 33 point mark in less than 33 minutes.  He was also able to grab 12 boards and a career high 10 assists during that time.

“Kevin Love was unbelievable. He’s incredible,” Minnesota coach Rick Adelman said. “To get a triple-double in three quarters, that’s pretty darn good.”

Surprisingly, Kevin Love’s monster triple double was Love’s first in his career and from the way he was hitting shots from downtown (6-10 from 3), he might of had a rare 50 point triple double if the game wasn’t a blowout.

Love’s 37 points were 12 more points than the Utah’s leading scorer (Kanter).  His 12 boards were 2 less than the Jazz starting lineup and his 10 assists were 2 more than that lineup.
