During the OT loss to the Nuggets, Thunder player Kevin Martin was fouled by a ghost or shot during a jump shot and yesterday the NBA fined him $5k for the flop.  This is his 2nd flop and he becomes the 4th player (JJ Barea, Reggie Evans, Gerald Wallace) to receive a flopping fine.

The next flop will cost him $10k and it goes to 14k and 30k after that.
