85. 4 more points than Kobe Bryant’s career high and the rating for Kobe in the upcoming NBA 2k16.
For 12 years after 2k made it’s debut for the Sega Dreamcast in 1999, Kobe Bryant has been one of the best players in the game with high 90 ratings and then in 2012 the Mamba finally took a dip under 95 with a 94 rating. He then took another point dip in 2013 where he remained until 2015 when he dropped below 90 with a rating of 89. After another season that was cut short by a season-ending injury, Bryant is now at 85.
I don’t think Kobe is going to pull a Hassan Whiteside and make an effort to increase his rating but I wouldn’t be surprised to see that rating go up by the time it’s 2016.
