Lost in all the drama of last night’s Lakers Wolves game is the fact that the masked man passed the 29,000 point mark.  He’s still 7th in all time points and 559 points away from passing Moses Malone but it’s still a great accomplishment that’s only been done 7 times in NBA history.

On his way to making history, Kobe scored 34 points including the last 4 clutch free throws to win the game.  Not as dramatic as his typical game winning jump shots but it was still Kobe, clutch and a win.

The game started off with a lot of drama as a  Rocket/Lakers trade for Gasol rumor kept going around and for the Timberwolves Kevin Love was a late scratch.   The rotten cherry on top was Ricky Rubio might of tore his ACL in the finals seconds of the game.
