15 years after shooting those airballs against the Jazz in the playoffs, Kobe is still taking revenge on the Utah franchise….and it’s only preseason.  Last night, Kobe showed off his 34 year old 1 man skills when he scored 23 of his 31 points in the 3rd quarter.   Now only if there was another Kobe on the team that scored 35 then the Lakers would of had a win.  The Lakers did play without Dwight, Gasol and only got 12 minutes from Nash.  Jamsion got a start but only hit 2 of 11 shots.

As impressive as Kobe was last night, that performance was nothing compared to his torching of the Jazz back in 2006 when he went off for 30 points in the 3rd quarter and hit 11 straight shots.  He finished with 52 in the game and the Lakers won by 30.
