UVA-bound Kyle Guy Shows Great Feel For the Game, Makes Strong Case for Indiana Mr. Basketball!

Players in this post:
Kyle Guy

Kyle Guy might be stereotyped as a shooter, but at the FORUM Tip Off Classic at Southport High School in Indianapolis, the Lawrence Central (Virginia-commit) displayed his all-around high-major skills.
Billed as a battle of Indiana Mr Basketball contenders, Guy and Lawrence Central faced Cathedral lead by Eron Gordon (brother of Pelicans’ Eric Gordon).
The rugged, productive 6’2 guard Gordon finished with a team-high 18 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists, but Lawrence Central prevailed 74-65.
Playing their 3rd game in a 4-day stretch, Guy led Lawrence Central with 25 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists.
The 6’3 guard Guy is undoubtedly a high-level shooter and offensive weapon, but what impressed against Cathedral was his feel for the game at both ends.
