Kyle O’Quinn was having a pretty good night until the 4th quarter of the Nets/Magic game. In the first quarter Kyle swatted a Paul Pierce dunk attempt that was impressive enough for the NBA to call it the “Block of the Night.”
Then early in the 4th with the Nets up by 16, Andray Blatche threw down a “man’s jam” over Kyle O’Quinn that represented the nail in the coffin and was selected as the NBA’s “Dunk of the Night.”
Kyle did finish with team highs of 15 points and 8 rebounds for the losing Magic.
