Well the Bobcats didn’t give up 62 or 61 again, but when a point guard scores 40+ on  your team it’s as bad as giving up 50+ to an elite scorer.

Last night the Bobcats were lit up by point guard Kyrie Irving who went off for a career high 44 points.  The reportedly unhappy Cleveland resident also added 8 assists and 7 rebounds but came up short with his team by 2 points in OT.

The Cavs had 8 players with 2 made field goals or less and Irvin’s 44 was 30 more than the 2nd leading scorer on the team (Waiters).
