“38 points,” LaDontae Henton said, “speaks for itself.”

Providence’s Henton is one of the most underrated players in the nation and on Saturday he scored a career-high 38 points, on 14 of 19 shooting, in a 1 point win over Notre Dame – thanks to Henton also blocking a potential game-winner.

“LaDontae is the most underrated kid in the country,” said Providence coach Ed Cooley “He’s got the ‘it.’ He’s got the leadership. I hope they still have him under the radar.”
