“Bron is the greatest player in the game,” Cavs coach David Blatt said. “I don’t think there’s anyone with a higher basketball IQ or a better understanding of the moment.”
With the Cavs losing by 9 midway through the 4th quarter, LeBron James and his IQ took over and scored 17 of his season-high 31 points in the final quarter to give his team a 4-point win.
“First half he wasn’t as engaged as we would’ve liked him to be or as engaged as he normally would be,” Blatt said about LeBron. “He took over the game and lifted the rest of the guys with him. He did the things that a great player like him, only he can do.”
Rudy Gobert might disagree with the not being very engaged in the first half comment.
And Rodney Hood might want to hit the weights before trying to take down LeBron again.
