Bad call or not, if you check the 3rd bullet under D of Section V in the NBA Rule book you will see that “a technical foul shall be assessed for unsportsmanlike tactics” such as “Overt actions indicating resentments to a call.”  Running the length of the court after a questionable offensive foul call qualifies as an overt action.
