“I’m a guy who believes in unfinished business,” said LeBron James after finishing a sweep on the Atlanta Hawks and winning the Eastern Conference title on Tuesday night.

James scored 23 points to go with 9 rebounds and 7 assists in the win and will be making his fifth straight trip to the NBA finals. But this time it’s with his hometown of Cleveland – a town that hasn’t seen a championship in 51 years.

“I understood what these people were going through, the people here,” he said. “Not only in Cleveland but Northeast Ohio and all over the world who love and bleed wine and gold. To be at this point tonight, it’s very emotional.”

The last shot the Cavs had at a championship came 8 years ago when Cleveland was swept by Duncan and the Spurs in the 2007 NBA finals.
