Last season, LeBron had dunk contest thirsty fans salivating at the thought of James entering the contest because of the impressive pre-game dunks he was frequently doing and seemingly enjoying. As expected, LeBron did skip out on the dunk contest that would go down as one of the worst in contest history and instead he and Nike teamed up with a commercial that teased us again by showing LeBron in a dunk contest.
Last night before the Heat’s game with the Raptors, LeBron threw down a couple of fancy dunks. They weren’t dunks that would get 50s in a contest….well, considering fans rather see “great players” do mediocre dunks than “mediocre players” do great dunks then the King probably would end up as king of the contest with all 50s – with these same dunks.
