How is this for a debut? Ballislife All-American Game MVP and UCLA freshman Lonzo Ball started his college career off by flirting with a triple-double (19 points, 11 assists, 8 rebounds) and getting nasty with a posterizing alley-oop dunk (+ stare down) against the Pacific Tigers on Friday night.

Freshman TJ Leaf – another Ballislife All-American – had 22 points and 15 rebounds, Bryce Alford had 30 (6 of 9 3-pointers) and Aaron Holiday had 18 off the bench during the Bruins’ 119-80 victory.

If Friday was any sign, fans of Ball and his Chino Hills high school team are going to have just as much fun watching him run and gun at UCLA.
