Here’s a funny moment from Saturday’s game between the Knicks and Rockets. Near the end of the 1st quarter, Kristaps Porzingis got up to check back in the game, realized he wasn’t supposed to and sat back down with the help of Lou Amundson and his imaginary rod.
What wasn’t funny for Rockets fan in this game was watching Porzingis flirt with a triple double by dropping 24 points, grabbing 14 boards and swatting 7 shots in a 107-102 win for the Knicks! He also made 2 of 3 from downtown and was a perfect 6 of 6 from the charity stripe. How do you like them apples for a big man?
“I think every game, I’m feeling more and more comfortable,” Porzingis said. “A few shots are going in, and hopefully, I’ll continue shooting this way.”
Another amusing moment involving Kristaps is when he and Clint Capela made a Terrence Jones sandwich in the 3rd quarter.
