On Friday night, Warriors Coach Steve Kerr made his season debut in a 122-110 victory over the Indiana Pacers. Steph Curry was his normal superhuman self with a 39 point, 12 assist and 10 board triple double. Draymond Green showed why he was voted an All-Star starter…sorry, forgot he not only wasn’t voted a starter but had less votes than Zaza Pachulia. Zaza! For Real!
Anyways, everybody was basically back to doing what they have been doing for the past couple of months, with the exception of Luke Walton: It’s pretty obvious from the following Vine clip that Luke still had his head coach shoes on.
Unfortunately for Walton, even though he won a coach of the month honor in November, the NBA is crediting all 39 of his wins to Steve Kerr.
So, to reiterate: Steve Kerr's official regular season record as head coach of the Warriors is 106-19. Luke Walton's is 0-0.
