Mario Chalmers has struggled throughout the NBA Finals, but his game hit a low when he was issued a flagrant foul for elbowing Spurs guard Tony Parker in the ribs during a critical moment of Game 2.
Chalmers drove the baseline with Parker guarding closely when he decided to get a shot in right in front of an official. The movement didn’t appear intention in real time, but once looked at on replay it was clear that Chalmers winded up before delivering the elbow. He earned his flagrant foul.
