It’s always amusing to find out or be reminded of the unexpecting elements to a current NBA player’s game back in high school.  That element usually refers to big men shooting threes or making poing guard type plays, little guys doing crazy dunks, shooters doing crazy dunks or tall under the boards “boring” players participating in dunk contests.   For example, do you remember Ben Gordon doing between the legs dunks in high school?  Paul Pierce taking on Vince in  a dunk contest?  David Lee beating James “Flight” White in one or Carlos Boozer and Nick Collison being in another?

Maybe more surprising than all of these is Matt Bonner in a dunk contest.  The Score discovered this hidden gem of knowledge for the basketball world so we can all be educated and witness.
