When was the last time you saw Mo Speights put a defender on a poster? When was the last time you saw a highlight with Tyreke Evans in it?

Down by two, early in the 4th quarter, the Clippers’ Mo Speights blew by Terrence Jones and threw down a RIP worthy and-1 dunk on Evans. After making the free throw, Mo then swatted a Jones layup. Evans responded with a three and then an elbow that left Mo with a bloody cheek.

Down by three with 13 seconds left in regulation, Mo made his return and missed a 3-point attempt with three on the clock. Pelicans win.

As for Evans, his 12 points, 5 boards and 5 assists in just 16 minutes off the bench was by far his best performance of the season and a reminder of why he was rookie of the year and considered by many a future star in the league.

Mo’s last big dunk actually wasn’t that long ago and it came against his current team. Here’s Mo as a Warrior posterizing Big Baby Davis.

And here’s Mo ending the career of Travis Outlaw (where is he?).

And I can’t talk about throwback dunks and Mo and not bring up this airball dunk.
