Here’s an amusing feature on some unique NBA free throw routines including Karl Malone and his secret mumbling, Rip Halmilton and his side dribble and the unique pre shot routine of Stackhouse, Hornacek, Zo and Gilbert Arenas.

Two of the most frustrating people to watch at the line were Karl Malone and Alonzo; They would actually take up the entire 10 seconds to shoot a free throw and there was a time in the 90s when coaches started asking refs to count and enforce the rule on the two All-Stars.

Some interesting routines not discussed in the video include Jason Kidd and his kiss and the Kevin Durant shoulder shimmy.
