8 points and 4 rebounds doesn’t exactly sound like something to get excited about but watching how Myles Turner got his 8 points and how he prevented a few points on the other end is. The 6’11 rookie made his NBA debut on Thursday against the Grizzlies and looked great during his 18 minutes of action. He was swatting shots out of bounds, grabbing boards, dunking, hitting jumpers and even had a surprising step-back jump shot.
He’s been averaging 17 minutes throughout the preseason and once those minutes go up, be sure to start inserting him into your fantasy line-ups.
