Of all the stupid trending things that are people are doing and sharing on the internet, here's a viral video campaign that deserves to be viral.

The Ice Bucket Challenge is a campaign that aims to raise money and awareness for Amyotrophic Lateral Scleroris or Lou Gherig's Disease.  All you have to do is pour a bucket of ice water over your head and then challenge your friends and followers to do the same or donate money (hopefully they do both).
