Last summer, 6’8″ Kirpatrick “Stretch” McCauley defied gravity and made history at Venice Beach by touching an object 13 feet in the air – the height of the top of the backboard. Now McCauley is the featured high flyer in a new spot for Nike Basketball called “Flyby.”
For the cinematography fans, the shot in the commercial is similar to the shot made popular by Barry Sonnenfield in the 90’s with Get Shorty and Men In Black.
