25 points and 9 rebounds sounds like a nice stat line but even LeBron will tell you he had a pretty bad game against the Warriors on Christmas – especially in the final 2 minutes.
Down by 4 with 1:32 left in the game, LeBron missed 2 free throws. Then with 49 seconds left, he missed a jumper. 30 seconds later he got bailed out by the refs who called a foul on Draymond Green on a clear non-foul. James made 1 of the 2 free throws and with 12 seconds left in the game, he threw up a 3-point airball over the hands of Green.
Green would end up scoring the last 2 points of the game and finished with an impressive 22 points, 15 rebounds, 7 assists and 2 (should have been 3) blocks.
The loss for the Cavs ended their 6-game win streak.
