One of the most popular videos on YouTube, with almost 293 million views, is a video of some white guy going through decades of dance moves in a 6-minute video called “Evolution of Dance.” This YouTube video of some white guy who plays for the Pelicans going through some of the most popular dances of the past few years will probably pass those numbers…actually it probably won’t even hit 293 thousand views, but it’s still amusing.
The video takes place at the wedding of Jimmer Fredette’s BYU teammate and former 76er Brandon Davies. It starts off Brandon and the groomsmen doing a routine to “Now That We Found Love” by the late Heavy D & AAron Hall and then breaks into Silento’s “Watch Me (Whip and Nae Nae)” and then into some Tom Jones so Brandon and the guys can do the Carlton dance.
(This gives me an opportunity to show Rasheed Wallace doing it)
The second dance clip from the wedding has Jimmer trying to do the Dougie.
Believe it or not, back in 2011 when Jimmer was showing of his insane range at BYU, a “Teach Me How To Jimmer” song actually went viral.
