Kobe Bryant played 12 minutes and didn’t score a point for the first time in his career. The next line should be how many points the Lakers lost by especially since they were playing the Indiana Pacers. Thanks to Dwight Howard and his 20 and 12 line and 37% shooting from the Pacers, the Lakers came out with a 6 point victory.
The Pacers didn’t have an answer for Dwight outside of putting him on the line where he was 6-11. Roy Hibbert was an awful 3-12 from the floor and Lance Stephenson even tried an awful flop to get Dwight off the floor but that was only successful at landing a post on Balllislife.
The last time I was able to say Kobe was scoreless for a couple of quarters was April of last year when he went scoreless for three quarters and then hit the game winner against the Hornets.
