With the Pacers’ season on the line, Paul George rose to the occasion. The All-Star forward scored 21 points in the fourth quarter and 31 in the second half to lift the Pacers to a 93-90 victory over the Miami Heat in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Having staved off elimination, the Pacers will return to Miami for Game 6 on Friday night, trailing 3-2 in the best-of-seven series.
