A day after going on Jimmy Kimmel and teasing fans that want to see him return to the NBA dunk contest, Paul George and the Pacers took on the Kobe-less Lakers and PG( should be 13) threw down another rare dunk that I don’t recall being done since…Kobe did a variation back in 2003 during his 40 point tour.
Despite making the highlight reel dunk, George couldn’t hit a shot and missed 17 of his 21 field goal attempts but he was a factor on the defensive end while 5 other teammates scored in double figures.
If the Lakers weren’t missing Kobe enough, they also received news that he will be out at least 3 more weeks. If that wasn’t enough to piss off Kobe fans, they have Magic Johnson, who missed writing Kobe’s name in a controversial tweet, to complain about.
The great ones Michael, Larry, Kareem, LeBron and now Kevin Durant can put their teams on their back and win!
