Got what it takes to keep up?
That’s the question on LeBronTime.com – a custom YouTube Channel by Powerade that features an “uninterrupted” 1 hour workout session with LeBron James. The 60 minutes is broken up into 40 stages. Each stage is a different type of exercise or shot that he makes a certain amount of, including running hook shots, 2-dribble pull-up jump shots and lots and lots of free throws.
