This game will be most remembered for Vanderbilt intentionally committing a foul when they were up by one in the final seconds but the most memorable image from the school’s first-ever NCAA tournament win is former NBA coach Doug Collins going through all sorts of emotions watching the team, coached by his son Chris Collins, pull off the win.

Speaking of proud parents, actress Louis-Dreyfus was also in attendance to support her son,  Northwestern walk-on Charlie Hall.
