When you are up 2-0 in a series but down by almost 20 points in the 4th quarter of game 3, the last thing you want is for one of your best players to get into a scuffle that could affect the next game.

With a little more than 9 minutes left in a game 3 loss for the Heat, Ray Allen got into a little scuffle with Alan Anderson, who is averaging more fouls than field goals in the playoffs, that could have gotten real ugly but resulted in just double techs.

KG, who still hates Ray Allen, was one of the players to step in but I’m sure he was hoping to see a punch land on Allen.  As for Allen’s coach, Spoelstra ran across the whole court to try to make sure nothing happened to his more valuable player.
