Only 4 players averaged 17/5/4 while shooting 47% last year. LeBron, Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry….and Eric Bledsoe. That’s impressive company for the player that some have called “mini-LeBron” and as of today, Bledsoe (the best free agent still on the market) is still thinking about his options on where he would like to play next season.
I have no idea where the future All-Star will end up, especially after the Suns’ signing of Isaiah Thomas, but I can tell you where he will be recruiting and coaching this weekend. Bledsoe will be joined by Gilbert Arenas in his hometown of Birmingham Alabama to find the the best local ballers to compete against the Ballup team on Saturday at Lawson State Community College (Buy Tix here).
We can’t wait to see him this weekend but in the meantime I wanted to show a few clips to honor the guest coach. I thought about game winners and offensive explosions but instead I wanted to remind people of how nasty some of his blocks were and he does have a nice resume of players he’s rejected: LeBron, Wade (above), Anthony Davis, Tony Parker, JR Smith, etc.
