Ricky Rubio had a rough night against the Raptors. He made just two of seven shots for seven points and three assists, compared to Kyle Lowry and his 25 points (8-14 fg) and 11 assists. Rubio was so helpless guarding Kyle, all he could do was just leave his hand in the air on shots like the one above. A shot DeRozan jokingly called luck.
“All his shots are lucky. To me it’s a bad shot.” Said DeRozan, who also made Rubio’s night worse by putting him on a poster near the end of the 124-110 loss to the Raptors.
Over the past four games, Rubio has made just 7 of 27 shots. That sounds bad until you realize he had a 4-game stretch earlier this season when he connected on just 2 of 19 shots. The Wolves were 1-4 in both of those stretches and have lost 9 of their last 11 games.
