On Tuesday, Nuggets rookie Jamal Murray picked up right where he left off against the Jazz on Sunday: Murray followed up his 16 points in the 4th quarter against the Jazz with a season-high 24 points in just 22 minutes in a win against the Bulls.
“It just takes one shot to have confidence,” Murray said. “It doesn’t take me long to get hot. I think every shot is going in. If I miss I don’t worry about it.”
He didn’t miss many to worry about. The 19-year old future star made 9 of 13 from the field and 3 of 4 from downtown and is looking like a totally different player than the one who started the season 0-16 in his first four games.
