Thursday was looking like a rough night for the Curry brothers. Stephen Curry’s shot was off in the Warriors loss to the Cavs and Seth Curry started off his game going 0 for 10! But in the final seconds of the Bayhawks game vs the Skyforce, Curry hit a game-winning step back 2 to give Erie a 2 point win.
Curry finished the game with 14 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists. He celebrated by watching the 50 Shades of Grey movie for the 4th time. Actually, I have no idea if he’s even seen the movie but here’s a funny story from All-Star weekend.
50 SHADES OF GREY
During an All-Star press conference with Stephen Curry, a reporter asked Steph if he was going to see the 50 Shades movie which was opening that night. Curry laughed and said “I could so out my brother right now.” When a reporter asked him to elaborate, Curry said “my brother has read all 3 books.”
The next day I attended the D-League All-Star game Seth was playing in and I told him about his brother’s comments and Seth admitted he read the books. So I don’t know if either of the Curry brothers have seen the movie yet but I can tell you the movie was worse than the Curry’s shooting last night.
I can also tell you it’s just a matter of time until Seth is back in the league. He’s currently 2nd in the league in scoring and this is his 2nd game-winner this month.
