With all the young talent & #1 picks on the TWolves roster, one name that doesn’t get mentioned enough is Shabazz Muhammad who scored a game-high and career-high 28 points against the Blazers on Sunday. The 28 was 19 points more than Andrew Wiggins, Anthony Bennett and Zach LaVine combined but in their defense, none of them played over 18 minutes in the 14 point loss.
Shabazz’ previous career-high was 20 points against the Suns during last season. The 30 minutes is also only the 3rd time he’s played more than 20 minutes this season. In the other 2 games, he had 13 and 17.
