It’s funny how double standards work.  Forgiveness and exceptions are made for people based on their reputation and accomplishments and we all understand that and accept that it’s fair.  To show a case of a double standard, I want to compare these two videos and the reactions of the players, crowd and announcers.

When Shaq aka Most Dominant Player Ever volleyball slapped Iverson’s layup it was met with cheers and laughter but when the very talented and probably misunderstood Javale McGee did it he was met with the opposite.
